What is the return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.
Please note that made-to-order pieces and pre-order items can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase due to their individually crafted nature.
To initiate a return, simply contact us via email.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
The estimated production or processing time is always stated in the description of each product. For made-to-order and pre-order items, please allow the specified lead time for crafting your piece.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery time depends on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
All MAMÚ products are handcrafted with care in Poland, in small, responsible workshops that share our commitment to quality and ethical production.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
