For this reason:
• small natural variations and minor imperfections may occur as a result of handmade production and the use of natural materials
• each product may differ slightly from others and from the photos — this is natural and does not constitute a defect

An order is accepted for processing once it has been paid for.
Placing an order means accepting these Terms & Conditions.
PROCESSING TIME
The processing time depends on the specific product.
It is always stated in the product description, as many items are made individually.

The store does not offer cash on delivery and does not use PayPal.
DELIVERY
Shipping within Poland is carried out via:

The store does not ship internationally and does not offer personal collection.
RETURNS
The customer has the right to return a product within 14 days of receiving the parcel.

Return conditions:
• the product must show no signs of use
• tags, seals, and security elements must be intact
• the product must be in the same condition as sent
If the product shows signs of wear or if the security elements have been removed, the store may refuse the return.
A refund is issued once the return has been accepted.

• the brand assesses whether the damage results from a product defect or improper use
• if the complaint is accepted, the brand may offer:

– repair
– a refund
• if the damage results from improper use, the complaint may be rejected
