We hope you love your MAMÚ pieces. However, if something is not quite right, you may request a return under the following conditions:

• Eligibility:
Returns are accepted for unworn, unused items in their original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories.

• Timeframe:
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Made-to-order items:
Due to the individual, handcrafted nature of our made-to-order and pre-order pieces, these items are not eligible for returns, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Please consider your purchase mindfully.

• Cancellation:
Orders and pre-orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed.

• Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us via email with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

• Shipping costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was delivered damaged or in error.
